Even though most colleges and universities will not offer degree programs in surfing, there are some schools where learning how to surf and participate in other water sports may seem like a mandatory requirement. With the University of California at Santa Barbara, the close location of ocean waves that are perfect for surfing make it a top choice among those that enjoy the sport.
